Menself+ 5–A–Side Football (Men's)

MENSELF + have been operating in the field of men and family’s health and wellbeing since our inception in 2015. All of our activities focus on improving the quality of people’s lives by challenging isolation, loneliness, cost of living related issues as well as the associated physical and mental health concerns.

Menself + run free 5–A–Side Football sessions for men, every Monday from 12pm to 2:30pm at The Emirates in Glasgow. Age group: 20+
